The successful candidate will combine strong consulting, project management, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills with experience in cyber policy, frameworks, and technologies. This cybersecurity grounding is essential to engaging credibly with technical teams and translating complex cyber issues into strategic recommendations and coordinated initiatives to enable executive decision-making. Responsibilities include but not limited to:\nCoordinate between multiple technical stakeholder groups to ensure alignment in technical analysis and programmatic efforts.\nDevelop executive briefings, decision materials, talking points, strategic plans, and roadmaps.\nSynthesize technical, operational, and policy inputs into concise insights, options, and recommendations for cybersecurity capability assessments and recommendations for new cyber service offerings.\nLeverage cyber knowledge to evaluate and draft reports for determining the value and feasibility of new cybersecurity services.\nAdvise the team on industry perspectives, cybersecurity trends, and barriers to implementation of proposed cybersecurity solutions.\nEstablish governance and action-tracking approaches to monitor commitments, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes.\nWhat You Will Need:\nMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.\nBachelor's degree\nFIVE (5) or more years' experience in consulting, program management, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, or a related advisory role.
