This individual will support organizational and mission goals within the Federal Government. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nDesign and development of data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights using Tableau. \nLeading and reviewing data cleaning scripts using tools such as Databricks, SQL, and Python. \nMaintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools used in operational and strategic decision-making. \nIdentify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and improved data handling, and contribute to implementation efforts. \n·Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases, translating business needs into scalable data science solutions. \nFocus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development. \nSupport business development (such as RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers), internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.\n What You Will Need:\nMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"\nA Bachelor’s AND ONE (1) or more year of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineer, data visualization or data science OR or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics or a related STEM field\n What Would Be Nice To Have:\nStrong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences. \nAbility to gather requirements and present to clients with strong written and verbal communication skills. \nFamiliarity with dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI. \nFamiliarity with cloud-based analytics environments (such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Impala). \nExperience performing analytics and data transformation using SQL, Python, and R. \nKnowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration. \nThe annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
