Prepare reports for management review.\n\nWork closely with other IT and security teams to enhance overall security posture and alignment with organizational goals.\n\nInteract with employees to receive requests, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve security issues related to Data Security services.\n\nReports directly to the Data Security Associate Director.\n\n What You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree and minimum 2-4 years of prior relevant experience, or 6 experience in-leu of degree.\n\nUnited States Citizenship.\n\nMust be able to work East Coast US business hours.\n\nBasic understanding of data loss prevention (DLP) technologies, encryption methods, and secure file transfer protocols.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nWorking knowledge of security tools and technologies related to DLP and data protection.\n\nExperience with cloud environments, network security, and information security principles.\n\nAbility to work on many concurrent and changing priorities.\n\n What Would Be Nice To Have:\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Information Security Administrator Associate, ITILv4).\n\nExperience working with DLP solutions such as Digital Guardian, Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, or Symantec.\n\nExperience working with data classification solutions such as Microsoft Purview, Varonis, Amazon Macie, Fortra, or Netwrix.\n\nExperience working with cryptographic capabilities such as S/MIME certificates, secrets, or data encryption keys.\n\nExperience processing tickets in platforms such as BMC or ServiceNow.\n\nThe annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
