The posted salary range represents a range of potential compensation and will vary based on the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, and the level at which the position is filled.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDesign, build, and maintain analytical datasets and data models using Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and related tools.\n\nWrite, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and Python notebooks to support reporting, analysis, and business use cases.\n\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Databricks AI/BI Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, and Databricks SQL.\n\nAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights that support business decisions.\n\nTranslate business requirements into analytical datasets, queries, dashboards, and reporting solutions.\n\nPerform data validation, quality checks, and issue resolution to support accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting outputs.\n\nWork with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, solution architects, and client stakeholders.\n\nCommunicate analytical findings, reporting logic, and business insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nDocument data models, transformations, assumptions, and business logic to support transparency, reuse, and ongoing maintenance.\n\nSupport data governance, access control, security, lineage, and compliance standards within the Databricks platform.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field.\n\n3-10 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or analytical solution delivery.\n\nStrong experience with SQL for data querying, transformation, analysis, and reporting.\n\nExperience with Python or R for data analysis, automation, or exploratory analytics.\n\nExperience with Databricks or similar cloud-native analytics platforms.\n\nExperience with BI reporting tools such as Databricks AI/BI Dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau.\n\nExperience with data modeling, data warehousing, data quality validation, and analytical dataset development concepts.\n\nAbility to analyze data, communicate insights clearly, and work effectively in team-based delivery environments.\n\nExperience developing clear documentation for analytic and reporting solutions, including data sources, business logic, metrics definitions, assumptions, and usage guidance.\n\nWhat Would Be Nice to Have:\nExperience using Unity Catalog for governed data discovery, access controls, lineage, schema organization, and secure management of enterprise data assets.\n\nFamiliarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and medallion architecture concepts for curated analytical data delivery.\n\nActive Databricks Data Analyst Associate or related certification.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\nExperience working in project-based or consulting delivery environments.\n\nThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
