four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.\nMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing.\nStrong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, AWS Glue, or similar platforms.\nProficiency in SQL and database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.\nExperience designing complex data transformation, data migration, and integration\nStrong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star/snowflake schemas.\n Experience working with cloud-based data services and modern data platforms.\nKnowledge of data quality, data governance, and metadata management best practices.\nExperience with performance tuning, error handling, and troubleshooting large-scale ETL processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in Agile development environments and collaborate across technical and business teams.\n What Would Be Nice To Have:\nExperience with AWS data services such as AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, Athena, and Step Functions.\nExperience with modern data lake and lakehouse architectures.\nKnowledge of Python, PySpark, Shell Scripting, or other automation technologies.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data engineering.\nFamiliarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.\nExperience supporting federal government or highly regulated environments.\nIndustry certifications related to cloud platforms, data engineering, or database technologies.\nExperience implementing master data management (MDM) and data governance frameworks.\nKnowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.\nExperience mentoring junior developers and leading technical implementation efforts.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
