Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.\nMust be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.\nBachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics or a related field from an accredited college or university.\nOne(1) to Three(3) years of experience in public-sector consulting.\nStrong knowledge of OMB Circular A-123 requirements.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nInterest in growing a career in Government/Federal consulting\nAbility to synthesize information quickly and learn new skills, view problems, apply a variety of analytical solutions, and participate in client-facing discussions and meetings.\nAbility to work in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to utilize project management best practices within an organization to produce high quality deliverables in a timely manner.\nThis hybrid position role may require up to 2 - 3 days on-site at the Client's office. \nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nMaster’s degree.\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Governmental Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).\nKnowledge of and experience with federal financial management activities, including but not limited to federal accounting, financial statement audits, audit readiness, audit remediation, internal control assessment, financial risk management, and other relevant federal information assurance laws, regulations, and guidance.\nKnowledge of federal laws, regulations, and requirements.\nProficiency in Google Workspace Suite\nThe annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
