Our team provides specialized experience and knowledge in financial management, process analysis, risk management, performance measurement, analytics, and emerging technologies to support mission-critical initiatives.\nSpecific initiatives and work products that this role supports include:\nLeading financial transformation initiatives and partnering with senior government stakeholders to modernize financial operations through innovative business and technology solutions.\nManaging project teams and workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective resource utilization, and successful project execution.\nLeading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI capabilities.\nOverseeing the development of performance metrics, executive dashboards, and data visualization solutions to support informed decision-making and operational transparency.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve financial management processes, tools, controls, and reporting capabilities through technology-enabled solutions.\nLeading current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, process mapping efforts, and future-state design activities to improve business operations and mission performance.\nDeveloping and managing project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.\nServing as a primary point of contact for client leadership and providing regular updates, recommendations, and strategic guidance to executive stakeholders.\nEnsuring financial management standards, federal regulations, internal controls, and audit-readiness requirements are incorporated into solution design and implementation.\nLeading teams in the development of financial automation, advanced analytics, data visualization, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to address complex financial management challenges.\nCoordinating the development of financial metrics, dashboards, low-code applications, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions using technologies such as Power Platform, SharePoint, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and other emerging technologies.\nMentoring and developing consultants and senior consultants by providing coaching, feedback, and technical guidance to support professional growth.\nSupporting business development activities, including proposal development, solutioning, client relationship management, and identification of new opportunities.\nWhat You Will Need:\nMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
