Key to the work is identifying and evaluating fraud controls. This work is meant to be delivered in a timely fashion. \nOn an as needed basis, they may also support other work that can include: risk assessments of new digital services and features; control testing; program maturity assessments. \nThe ideal candidate will have experience in fraud risk assessment and proficient knowledge of identity fraud and identity proofing. \n What You Will Need:\nMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.\nDue to contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and reside within the United States.\nBachelor's degree\nThree (3) to Five (5) Years of experience conducting risk assessment (e.g., risk scoring, control evaluation).\nFamiliarity with identity fraud risks (e.g., identity theft, account takeover) \nExperience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analysis \nExperience in conducting stakeholder interviews \nExperience delivering findings in written and oral briefings \nAbility to complete work within short delivery cycles \n What Would Be Nice To Have:\nExperience delivering end-to-end fraud risk assessments \nExperience analyzing or mitigating identity fraud \nExperience analyzing or mitigating risk in identity proofing flows \nExperience working with digital product development teams \nExperience working in or with public sector agencies \nKnowledge of the GAO Fraud Risk Management Framework \nKnowledge of NIST SP 800-63 \nFamiliarity with fraud vendor tools, solutions, & data (e.g., LexisNexis, Socure) \nBasic experience writing database queries (e.g., Amazon Cloudwatch) \nThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
