This role supports modernization of legacy Oracle APEX applications and functionality into a modern architecture using PostgreSQL, Java, and contemporary web technologies.\nResponsibilities\nImplement authentication, authorization, auditing, and application security controls.\nPerform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and database schema conversion activities.\nDevelop unit, integration, system, and user acceptance test support.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, containerized deployments, and DevSecOps practices.\nTroubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.\nProduce technical documentation, design artifacts, user documentation, and deployment guides.\nCollaborate with architects, database administrators, cybersecurity personnel, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver complete application functionality as scheduled.\nWhat You Will Need:\nU.S. Citizenship.\nActive Top Secret clearance with SSBI at the time of proposal; TS/SCI eligibility as specified; ability to comply with FBI security requirements.\nProficiency in modern full-stack web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,\nundefined\nExperience with front-end frameworks such as React and supporting libraries.\nMinimum of three years of enterprise software development experience.\nExperience with relational databases including PostgreSQL and Oracle, with competency in writing optimized queries.\nProficiency with version control using Git, including experience with GitLab or GitHub.\nExperience working with Agile methodologies, including iterative development, sprint planning, and ongoing refinement of functional requirements and underlying architectural frameworks.\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nSpring Boot and Hibernate/JPA experience.\nPostgreSQL administration and performance tuning experience.\nLiquibase or Flyway experience for database migration/version management.\nundefined\nJenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevSecOps experience.\nSonarQube, Fortify, Aquasec or other secure code scanning tool experience.\nOAuth2, SAML, or OpenID Connect experience.\nFederal government modernization experience.\nExperience delivering production-ready releases, deployment packages, and technical/user documentation.\nExperience with containerized deployments; Docker and Kubernetes preferred.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or similar.\nExperience with Oracle APEX and Oracle PL/SQL modernization.\nExperience designing and implementing scalable, distributed microservices architectures.\nKeycloak Identity and Access Management experience.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
