Architect cross-domain data synchronization solutions supporting both NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments. Lead development of data governance policies, stewardship processes, KPI catalogs, and readiness metric frameworks. Collaborate with Government stakeholders to modernize legacy reporting processes and transition manual briefing products into automated, data-driven operational capabilities.
