The candidate should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy\nIdentify the client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings\nDelivering services and solutions for clients using Microsoft’s Copilot, PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations\nProvide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform and Copilot based solutions satisfying customer requirements.\nConduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation\nAutomate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low code applications\nDevelop and continue to refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools\nPresent tailored demonstrations of the technology solution\nResponsible for high quality, bug-free development as per the coding standards in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development/QA team\nParticipate in daily project scrum meetings and provide a daily personal status report\nCollaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the solution ensuring high quality.\nServe as Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management\nHelp create design documentation for new solutions and functions\nWork with the support team to resolve production support issues\nWill be proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announced in Microsoft’s wave plans\n What You Will Need:\nMust have a minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience\nSelected Candidate must be able to commute onsite to the client as needed depending on location\nMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DOE \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
