Functions of the position include:\nConduct periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails and makes recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls.\n\nCoordinate compliance training and initiate changes in procedures due to new or revised regulations.\n\nContinuously monitor, research and analyze exiting, proposed and new federal and status statues with respect to their present and future impact upon Agency and company operations.\n\nProvide guidance to other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nAn ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph\n\nHigh School degree-GED\n\nTEN (10) or more years' experience evaluating internal controls, supporting regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements for Mission activities within the Intel or National Security environment -OR- Master’s degree with FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience.\n\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nBachelor's or Master's degree preferred\n\nStrong communication and writing skills.\n\nExperience working with executive level stakeholder groups.\n\nWorking experience in the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War.\n\nThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
