Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do
Support program management, governance, reporting, and operational activities for a large transformation program.
Maintain project schedules, action-item trackers, risk logs, issue registers, and status reporting tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, executive briefings, meeting materials, and dashboards.
Support governance meetings through agenda preparation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination.
Collect, analyze, and report program performance metrics and key project indicators.
Assist with development of dashboards, data visualizations, and executive reporting products.
Coordinate deliverables across project teams and support project documentation management.
Track project risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Support day-to-day PMO operations and reporting activities.
What You Will Need
Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Analytics, Public Administration, Finance, or related field.
One(1) to Three (3) years of experience supporting project management, business operations, reporting, analytics, or program coordination.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to go to travel to client site when needed.
Will work from the Guidehouse office in Arlington, VA.
What Would Be Nice to Have
Experience supporting PMOs, transformation programs, or technology initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar reporting tools.
CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification.
Experience creating executive dashboards and data visualizations.
Consulting or professional services experience.
