The ideal candidate is a strategic technical leader with experience architecting enterprise solutions, leading cross-functional projects, and delivering measurable operational improvements.\nResponsibilities:\nLead EUR's digital modernization initiatives by transforming manual processes into automated, scalable business solutions.\nArchitect and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce solutions to improve collaboration, document management, and business operations.\nDesign and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations that streamline workflows and reduce administrative effort.\nDevelop executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making.\nDevelop technical requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance.\nProvide technical leadership, solution oversight, and mentorship to ensure high-quality, secure, and sustainable solutions.\nWhat You Will Need:\nMinimum of SIX (6) years of progressively responsible experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.\nSelected candidate must be able to travel to client site as needed (up to 50%).\nDemonstrated experience serving in a technical lead, solution architect, or similar leadership role, providing architectural guidance and oversight for digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce.\nExperience building dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.\nExperience leading technical projects, developing technical requirements or Statements of Work (SOWs), and managing solution delivery.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical teams and executive leadership.\nActive Secret security clearance required.\nAbility to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours.\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nExperience with Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Azure integration services.\nExperience with enterprise information architecture, data governance, and records management.\nExperience supporting large enterprise digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience mentoring technical teams and establishing development standards and best practices.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
