Job Family: GIC Process (India)Travel Required: NoneClearance Required: NoneWhat You Will Do: Review and disposition TM alerts (Level 1 / Level 2 as assigned) within agreed SLAs and quality standards. Conduct end-to-end investigations: analyse customer profile, KYC/KYB information, expected vs. actual activity, counterparties, geographies, products and channels. Identify red flags and map activity to relevant money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and sanctions-evasion typologies. Perform open-source and adverse media research, and use blockchain analytics tools (for crypto clients) to trace fund flows, wallet exposure and counterparty risk. Write clear, concise, evidence-based case narratives and alert rationales that stand up to QA, client and regulatory review. Escalate suspicious cases and prepare SAR/STR narratives or recommendations as per client procedures. Apply client-specific policies, risk appetite, thresholds and playbooks consistently. Flag scenario/rule performance observations (false-positive patterns, coverage gaps, emerging typologies) to the team lead for tuning feedback.
