Candidates with an ACTIVE CBP PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.\nBachelor's degree\nFIVE (5) or more years of experience leading teams that support large federal PMO or modernization programs. Experience must include: Strong background in requirements development and facilitation.\nAbility to manage complex stakeholder engagement across mission, technical, and leadership groups.\nFamiliarity with federal budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.\nStrong communication skills for executive briefings and program reporting.\nAbility to oversee multiple workstreams and drive cohesive delivery across a complex program.\nExposure to PMO documentation standards and QA/QC frameworks.\n\n What Would Be Nice To Have:\nActive Top Secret or Public Trust clearance\nExperience supporting CBP or DHS IT modernization efforts.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery and PMO toolsets such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.\nExperience developing dashboards, workflow automation, or other process-improving tools.\nUnderstanding of DHS or CBP acquisition and governance processes.\nExperience coordinating cross-disciplinary delivery teams.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
