pipelines and DevSecOps workflows to enable continuous testing, rapid feedback, and high-quality software releases.\nCollaborate with Agile Scrum teams to define acceptance criteria, ensure testability of requirements, and establish quality gates throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts, test data, test harnesses, and reusable testing assets to improve testing efficiency and coverage.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis of defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.\nUtilize modern testing and AI-enabled quality engineering tools to improve test coverage, reduce manual effort, and accelerate release cycles.\nEstablish quality metrics, automation KPIs, and reporting dashboards to measure software quality, release readiness, and modernization success.\nParticipate in architecture, design, and sprint reviews to ensure applications are scalable, secure, accessible, and aligned with cloud modernization objectives.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.\n\nFIVE (5) years of experience supporting software quality assurance, quality engineering, test automation, or application modernization initiatives.\n\nTHREE (3) years of experience developing automated testing solutions using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, or similar frameworks.\n\nExperience working on full software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects in Agile and Scrum environments.\n\nExperience designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end automated test coverage for enterprise applications.\n\nExperience testing APIs, web services, integrations, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.\n\nExperience integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience validating data migration, conversion, and integration efforts associated with application modernization initiatives.\n\nStrong understanding of DevSecOps, continuous testing, and modern software delivery practices.\n\nProven experience performing root cause analysis and partnering with developers to identify and resolve complex defects.\n\nExperience creating comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test cases, and quality documentation.\n\nStrong understanding of SQL, database testing, and data validation methodologies.\n\nExperience using JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, and modern work management platforms.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\n\nStrong customer engagement, time management, and prioritization skills.\n\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nExperience supporting Oracle Forms, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle ERP, Oracle databases, or other legacy Oracle environments.\n\nExperience supporting application modernization or cloud migration initiatives from Oracle-based platforms to AWS or Azure.\n\nExperience testing cloud-native applications utilizing containers, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and managed cloud services.\n\nExperience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.\n\nExperience with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, AKS, App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, and Application Insights.\n\nExperience validating large-scale data migrations, data lakes, analytics platforms, Databricks, Snowflake, or cloud data warehouse solutions.\n\nExperience with performance testing, leveraging AI-assisted test automation and intelligent quality engineering solutions.\n\nThe annual salary range for this position is $75,200.00-$112,900.00.
