Review of patient records will be conducted via facility EMR, scanning technology or other established method. All reviews will be entered daily into Guidehouse proprietary quality review tracking and trending software and will respond to coder rebuttals in a timely manner (timeline defined in quality review policies and procedures). This position will perform any and all related job duties as assigned.\n What You Will Need:\n5+ years of medical coding or review experience\nHigh School Diploma (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education)\nMust hold one of the following active credentials: (RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, CIC or COC).\nMust maintain coding credential while employed by Guidehouse.\nMust pass Guidehouse coding competency exam.\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nPrevious audit experience\nThe annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$108,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
