expectations\n\n What You Will Need:\nBA/BS degree\n\nA Minimum of FIVE (5) years of work experience in information technology systems development\n\nMinimum of ONE (1) Current Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder & Sales/Service/Community Clouds)\n\nUS Citizenship is contractually required for this role\n\nExperience with AI tools\n\nSelected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment\n\nHands-on experience with declarative automation features of Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder\n\nExperience building applications with the low-code features of Salesforce Lightning Experience\n\nExperience with dynamic forms, advanced formulas, and validation rules\n\nExperience with business process definition, process mapping, and reengineering\n\nExperience writing Epics and user stories to capture Salesforce requirements\n\nExperience with data migrations to and from Salesforce\n\nUnderstanding of the key levers for B2B, B2C, hybrid business models\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\n\nGreat teamwork and collaboration skills\n\nExperience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology\n\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nExperience in “Big 4” or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner is highly desired\n\nExperience with public sector clients preferred\n\nDemonstrable
