This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping clients unlock the full value of Salesforce technologies.\nWhile not required, experience with AI, Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools is highly desirable as organizations continue to integrate intelligent automation into their digital ecosystems.\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform-native automation.\nDevelop integrations to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and high-quality implementations.\nBuild secure, performant data models and application architectures aligned with Salesforce best practices.\nSupport full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.\nTroubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, and performance layers.\nCollaborate closely with architects, product owners, analysts, and QA teams within an Agile delivery model.\nContribute to code reviews, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.\nStay current on emerging Salesforce capabilities including AI, automation, Experience Cloud, and platform releases.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree is required.\nMinimum of FOUR (4) years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, permission sets, sharing, and declarative configuration.\nExperience designing and building integrations using REST and SOAP API, and asynchronous processing including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Event-Driven Architectures.\nProficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience with source-driven development: Salesforce DX, Git, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, and structured release management.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience with Experience Cloud\nAn active federal security clearance (Secret or higher).\n What Would Be Nice To Have:\nSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.\nExperience supporting public sector, federal, or large enterprise environments.\nExposure to Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-assisted development and automation tools.\nPrior work in Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus environments.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
