Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related field\nTHREE (3) or more years of experience in business analysis, consulting, financial management, process improvement, product management, project management, or similar. Experience should include, but not be limited to:\nAbility to synthesize information quickly and learn new skills, view problems and apply a variety of solutions, and lead client-facing discussions and meetings\nSupporting client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership\nUtilizing project management best practices\nWorking in teams to produce high-impact work products\nDocumenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements\nConducting research to investigate client problems and working collaboratively with a team to formulate and recommend solutions\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nFIVE (5) or more years of experience in business analysis, consulting, financial management, process improvement, product management, project management, or similar.\nCertifications in project management, Agile, Scrum, change management (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe, CCMP) and/or strong understanding of these concepts, or interest in obtaining these certifications\nExperience with change management or organizational design, especially in financial and human resource environments\nThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
