He/she will quickly develop subject matter expertise and business acumen to become a recognized, credible, and trusted partner to our clients.\n What You Will Need:\nBachelors Degree\n3+ years experience in consulting and/or healthcare industry\nCuriosity and enthusiasm with client and Guidehouse teams to assess and implement performance improvement opportunities and savings initiatives relevant in the hospital environment\nUnderstanding of hospital and health system operations\nInterest in benchmarking data and leveraging that data to assist clients in redesigning operational processes to drive efficiency\nConduct relevant research, perform complex analytics on large data sets, and draw conclusions / make relevant recommendations based on analyses performed\nClearly articulates financial results of projects and speaks about process measures\nIdentifies key industry issues and assists to develop practice response\nAssists in delivering Statements of Work, Project Plans, Writes Proposals, Presents to Client department managers or leaders in certain situations;\nActively works to expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and interaction with clients\nAptitude to develop foundational training materials\nComfortable interfacing with hospital executives to report realized savings and to develop strategies for ongoing risk mitigation\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nMasters Degree\nPrevious consulting experience\nExpertise in manipulating data using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and other applications\nExperience coordinating teamwork products and leading teams\nStrong client leadership skills and ability to sell add-on work and recognize business development opportunities\nDemonstrated ability to work in challenging situations\nDemonstrated ability leading successful teams and managing through conflict\nAbility to complete projects with attention to detail on tight timelines\nAssures high quality work by taking advantage of learning opportunities and self-motivated\nCommunicates effectively and demonstrates leadership role with physicians, clinicians, administrators, and colleagues\nAbility to travel up to 75% of the time\nThe annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
