Candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability are preferred. \nBachelor's degree.\nFIVE (5) or more years of experience in consulting, business analysis, grants management, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, or a related field; public sector experience and grants management experience required.\nExperience supporting federal grants programs, including knowledge of the grants lifecycle, grants administration, operations, monitoring, compliance and oversight activities. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess business processes and operational data, identify risks and opportunities, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop actionable recommendations.\nExperience conducting business process analysis, process mapping, workflow documentation, and business requirements gathering.\nExperience facilitating interviews, stakeholder discussions, and collaborative working sessions.\nAbility to synthesize complex information and communicate clear, well-supported findings through executive presentations, reports, and client deliverables.\nStrong consulting skills, including executive communication, presentation development, structured problem solving, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and development of high-quality client deliverables.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced client environments.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint.\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nLean Six Sigma certification or other process improvement certification.\nExperience using tools such as Visio, Miro, or similar process mapping platforms.\nExperience supporting organizational change management, stakeholder adoption, and implementation of process improvement initiatives.\nExperience leading teams, coordinating stakeholders, and managing workstreams in support of client engagements. \nExperience supporting process modernization initiatives through the evaluation and implementation of automation, AI-enabled, or emerging technology solutions, including development of test cases, evaluation criteria, validation approaches, quality review frameworks, and performance assessment methodologies.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
