The analyst will also document system requirements, defines scope and objectives, assist in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation, function as liaison between Position Management Leadership and end users. The analyst must have both business and technical skills and can perform verification and validation (V&V) on reoccurring or ad hoc Position Management deliverables without clear requirements or direction. In the absence of the Project Manager, the individual will serve as the POC for the Contractor support team and perform all functions as required by Position Management Leadership.
