Candidates with an ACTIVE \"SECRET\" or higher-level clearance are preferred.\nBachelor’s degree \nTHREE (3) years of experience in software development, data science or consulting \nExperience designing and developing solutions using PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse, or similar low-code platforms.\nDemonstrated experience with HTML, JavaScript, and web-based UI development.\nAbility to be onsite 4 days per week at Scott Air Force Base (hybrid schedule).\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nExperience supporting DoW\nPrior work in product development, digital modernization, or custom software delivery.\nExperience working within Agile frameworks.\nUnderstanding of workflow automation, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially with complex operational data.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and environments.\nStrong ability to work with clients to capture requirements, interpret processes, and design automated solutions.\nComfort operating independently with limited oversight and in environments with evolving or incomplete requirements.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
