patterns, and solution design.\nPartner with clients, business stakeholders, delivery leaders, and implementation teams to define technical roadmaps and transformation strategies that support business goals and program objectives.\nLead discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution planning activities to gather requirements and design enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.\nDesign end-to-end technical architectures across Salesforce products, including Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), OmniStudio, and custom applications.\nArchitect secure and scalable solutions encompassing data models, integrations, application development, identity and access management, security controls, and deployment strategies.\nProvide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, delivery oversight, and post-implementation support.\nDevelop architecture deliverables including solution diagrams, technical design documents, integration specifications, data migration strategies, and governance frameworks.\nLead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and development methodologies.\nDesign and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware platforms, ETL tools, and cloud-based services.\nAct as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by providing recommendations on platform optimization, modernization efforts, and emerging technologies.\nIdentify technical, operational, and delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.\nCollaborate with Delivery Managers and project teams to align technical solutions with project timelines, budget constraints, and business priorities.\nMentor developers, administrators, business analysts, and junior architects to promote technical excellence and professional growth.\nSupport business development efforts by participating in client presentations, proposal development, solution demonstrations, and technical evaluations.\nContribute to internal practice development initiatives, architecture standards, reusable assets, accelerators, and thought leadership efforts across the Salesforce practice.\nEvaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce, AI solutions, automation technologies, and industry-specific offerings to drive innovation and business value.\nTravel may be required based on client and project requirements.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).\n8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and governing enterprise technology solutions, including significant experience on the Salesforce Platform.\nUS Citizenship is contractually required for this role\nSelected candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance\nProven experience serving as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Architect on enterprise Salesforce programs.\nStrong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture.\nExperience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within Federal Government, State Government, or Public Sector environments.\nDeep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, security models, and deployment frameworks.\nStrong experience designing integrations between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications using middleware, APIs, and cloud platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and optimize business processes through technology-enabled solutions.\nStrong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to executive, business, and technical audiences.\nProven experience facilitating architecture workshops, technical design reviews, and executive-level presentations.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop architecture artifacts, proposals, and client-facing deliverables.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.\nApplication design and software development background, including experience with enterprise architecture principles and best practices.\nAbility to influence decision-making and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, or other advanced Salesforce certifications.\nHands-on experience implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) / Agentforce Public Sector.\nExtensive experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.\nExperience supporting large-scale Federal digital modernization and citizen services transformation programs.\nExperience designing solutions in regulated environments requiring compliance with federal security and privacy standards.\nKnowledge of Salesforce GovCloud environments and Public Sector implementation best practices.\nExperience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.\nFamiliarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent methodologies.\nExperience leading architecture governance boards, technical review committees, and solution approval processes.\nKnowledge of Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and emerging automation capabilities.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
