This position will follow and ensure that client and company policies and procedures are followed and will also perform all job-related duties as assigned.\nThis position is classified as an onsite position working in the San Marcos, CA central business office.\n Strong Hospital Claims A/R & Billing Follow-up\nMentoring of fellow team members when needed\nSupporting of staff / supervisor to be successful and work as a team\nManage day-to-day problem solving and a point of contact for team questions\nQuality assurance reviews, feedback, and other trainings as necessary\nSending of official correspondence (e-mails) to team members, client, and providers\nAbility to work with other leads to develop policies and procedures, as needed\nProvide feedback for mid-year and year end employee reviews to leadership\nOrganizing team building exercises\nCreate, distribute, and monitor team members understanding of work-related job-aides\nMonitor and ensure compliance with company and client standards\nStrong understanding of all software/systems used\nIdentify, validate, and report project trends / issues\nUpdating of spreadsheets, monitoring outstanding items for each client, and providing updates to leadership, client, and team\nAll job-related duties as assigned\nWhat You Will Need:\nHigh School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience.\nRelevant experience coming from the following, healthcare payor, provider, revenue cycle, business operations, or professional services environment.\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nHospital claims A/R background\nDemonstrated proficiency in relevant revenue cycle processes with high production and quality standards\nVerbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and client\nDemonstrated proficiency interpreting relevant coding systems including, but not limited to, CPT and HCPCS and ICD-10 in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency researching billing guidelines\nProviding training and mentoring to team members\nAct as a role model for team, office, and company\nThe annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$108,000.00.
