What You Will Need: \n8+ years of experience in AML transaction monitoring, financial crime operations, or a related compliance function within banking or financial services.\nMinimum 1-2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior analyst role with demonstrated people management responsibilities.\nProven track record of driving team performance and delivering results in a regulated environment.\nHands-on experience with transaction monitoring systems (e.g., NICE Actimize, Oracle Mantas, SAS, or similar).\nPractical experience preparing and submitting SARs/STRs in line with regulatory requirements.\nStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop individuals at different career stages.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex risk issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.\nEffective time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nCollaborative team player with the ability to build trust and influence across functions.\nA growth mindset - committed to learning, feedback, and developing others.
