Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.\n\nPMP certification.\n\nFour (4)+ years managing or supporting technology integration projects.\n\nExperience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.\n\nExperience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.\n\nExperience developing use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.\n\nExperience supporting Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.\n\n What Would Be Nice To Have\nActive DOJ suitability.· Active Public Trust clearance.\n\nExperience supporting federal modernization initiatives.\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or related collaboration platforms.\n\nExperience with backlog management and Agile delivery approaches.\n\nExperience supporting systems integration initiatives.\n\nExperience developing requirements traceability matrices (RTMs).\n\nExperience supporting governance, policy, or process-improvement activities.\n\nPMI-PBA, CBAP, ITIL, Agile, or related certifications.\n\nThe annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
