· Validate user proficiency following training interventions to confirm that identified learning gaps have been addressed.

· Track training activities, support themes, recurring issues, and user feedback, and provide regular updates and recommendations to program stakeholders.

· Recommend updates to existing training content and the development of new user-support resources based on identified needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Adoption Support

· Build collaborative relationships with end users, subject matter experts, training stakeholders, local sites, and program teams.

· Serve as a connector across stakeholder groups to coordinate training, address emerging needs, and support consistent end-user experiences.

· Strong facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience identifying learning needs and recommending appropriate training or performance-support solutions.

· Experience supporting federal government programs or healthcare organizations

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
