This role works closely with subject matter experts and program leads to evaluate organizational risks, document findings, and support decision-making.\nThe position requires strong analytical skills, structured communication, and comfort working in environments that rely on formal documentation, recurring reporting cycles, and structured governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nRisk Research & Analysis\nConduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess potential risks, evaluate likelihood and impact, and identify contributing factors.\nSupport development, escalation, or de-escalation of risks through structured review, data synthesis, and research.\nPerform root-cause analysis and contribute to the development or refinement of associated response actions.\nParticipate in interviews with subject matter experts to gather risk data and validate assumptions.\nReporting & Documentation\nPrepare clear, data-driven reports that summarize risk insights, analysis outcomes, recommendations, and trends.\nSupport the drafting of reports for internal or external stakeholders, including semiannual or annual deliverables associated with enterprise priorities.\nContribute to the development of structured frameworks such as risk registers, key risk indicators (KRIs), and performance-related metrics.\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with established templates, quality standards, and review cycles.\nProgram & Process Support\nTrack assigned tasks, milestones, updates, and corrective actions, providing regular status summaries to program leadership.\nAnalyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improving risk management workflow, documentation consistency, or reporting clarity.\nSupport the development of processes used to evaluate the effectiveness of risk responses or organizational governance frameworks.\nAssist with integration of enterprise-level risk information into broader planning, budgeting, or performance management activities.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nProvide research and analytical support to working groups and committees, preparing materials and supporting follow-up actions as needed.\nEngage with team members to ensure alignment between risk insights and organizational objectives.\nRespond to inquiries related to risk data, analysis methods, or program documentation.\n What You Will Need:\nMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.\nBachelor’s degree\nTHREE (3) or more years of working experience.
