This role leads complex risk assessments, drives risk documentation and reporting processes, and supports governance bodies and cross-functional teams.\nThis role is ideal for an experienced risk practitioner with strong research, analysis, communication, and structured documentation skills, capable of working within a high-visibility, regulated, and process-driven environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdvanced Risk Analysis\nConduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including root-cause analysis and evaluation of likelihood, impact, and interdependencies.\nSupport the refinement, maturation, and implementation of enterprise risk management practices, tools, and analytical approaches.\nDevelop, escalate, or de-escalate risks based on structured analysis and stakeholder input.\nLead interviews with subject matter experts to validate risk data and inform risk assessments.\nRisk Reporting & Documentation\nDevelop, maintain, and update risk registers, KRIs, performance indicators, and related risk documentation.\nPrepare high-quality analytical reports, recommendations, decision briefs, and supporting materials for internal leadership and governance groups.\nProduce materials for recurring and ad hoc risk reviews, working sessions, and program reports.\nEnsure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all documentation in alignment with established standards and review processes.\nProgram & Governance Support\nProvide analytical support to governance bodies, including preparing meeting materials, synthesizing inputs, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through.\nMonitor status of assigned tasks, milestones, corrective actions, and deliverables.\nSupport integration of risk information into enterprise planning, performance, and decision-making processes.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify improvements to risk processes, tools, documentation workflows, and reporting mechanisms.\nContribute to the development and refinement of enterprise frameworks and methodologies.\nSupport alignment of risk activities with larger organizational processes and performance structures.\nWhat You Will Need:\nMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.\nBachelor’s degree\nFIVE (5) or more years of experience in risk analysis, enterprise risk management, or related analytical roles.
