What You Will Need:\nMinimum of SIX (6)+ years of overall work experience.\nEngineering-level experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server in enterprise data center environments. • Experience managing Windows workloads in Microsoft Azure, including hybrid cloud environments and workload migrations. • Experience supporting VMware-based infrastructure and virtualization platforms. • Demonstrated ability to lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution efforts for complex technical issues. • Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver operational solutions.\nExperience with Ansible. • Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation. • Experience using automation tools, with Ansible preferred. • Experience supporting and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Windows services. • Working knowledge of cloud monitoring, security, and compliance tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Exceptional customer service and client support capabilities. • Strong organizational, multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills. • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience operating within ITIL-based service management environments. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to participate in 24x7 support activities and occasional on-site response requirements.\nU.S. Citizenship is required in accordance with this contract.
