This role will serve as the primary owner of critical invoicing, reporting, and analytics processes for several of our largest global consulting clients. \nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with large datasets, improving business processes, building financial models, and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Account Management, and Consulting leaders. \nWhat You'll Do:\nRevenue Operations & Client Invoicing Own the end-to-end monthly usage review and invoicing process for key consulting accounts. \nReconcile CRM data, validate pricing and usage, identify discrepancies, and ensure billing accuracy. \nPartner with consulting team leads to resolve data quality and pricing issues in a timely manner. \nPrepare internal billing reports for Finance review and approval. \nProduce client-facing usage reports and other account-specific deliverables. \nDevelop and maintain processes for tracking manual adjustments, credits, and billing exceptions. \nDrive continuous improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of invoicing workflows. \n\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting Generate and distribute operational reports for consulting leadership and sales teams. \nMaintain recurring performance reporting and KPI dashboards. \nProvide actionable insights through trend analysis, reporting, and data visualization. \nIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes. \n\nWhat You Have:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. \n2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, finance, revenue operations, or a related analytical role. \nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and financial modeling. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \nExperience managing large datasets and producing executive-level reporting. \nStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. \nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with CRM platforms and Salesforce. \nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. \nPricing, budgeting, forecasting, or revenue operations experience. \nWhat We Offer: \nCompetitive compensation\nEmployee medical coverage\nCentral office location\nEntrepreneurial environment, autonomy, and fast decisions\nCasual work environment\nAbout Guidepoint:\nGuidepoint powers end-to-end research workflows for the world’s best research teams.\nBacked by a global network of more than 2 million experts and over 1,600 employees, Guidepoint delivers real-time access to expertise, primary research, and actionable knowledge that help organizations make informed decisions.
