Ideal candidates MUST be comfortable working on a shift from 5:30PM to 2:30 AM IST. \nWhat You’ll Do: \nSupport operations associate in hosting teleconferences across sectors in APAC \nContact clients to determine event interest, confirm predetermined advisors \nSend invitations to clients and oversee client RSVPs and compliance \nManage all correspondence with advisors prior to meetings \nAssist in maximizing attendance at events, ensure events runs successfully and conduct post-event cost analysis and review client charges \nAssist in managing internal documents \nWork closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via the scheduling of advisors for breakfast/lunch meetings agendas and teleconferences \nProvide the team with all relevant materials for the events including PowerPoint slides, event signage, and brochures. \nWhat You Have: \nBachelor’s degree \nPrevious project management experience strongly preferred \nExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail \nAbility to prioritize and multi-task and to work under tight deadlines \nFlexibility to work long and unpredictable hours \nProficiency in MS-Office, Outlook, and Google Suite \nProficient in the use of the internet for research \nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and textually \nDemonstrated ability to work both in a team atmosphere and autonomously \nA desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment \nWhat We Offer: \nCompetitive compensation \nEmployee medical coverage \nCentral office location \nEntrepreneurial environment, autonomy, and fast decisions \nCasual work environment \nAbout Guidepoint: \nGuidepoint powers end-to-end research workflows for the world’s best research teams.\nBacked by a global network of more than2 million experts and over 1,600 employees,Guidepoint delivers real-time access to expertise, primary research, and actionable knowledge that help organizations make informed decisions.
