The Product Manager continuously builds institutional knowledge that spans all teams and functions within the company as well as a deep understanding of the evolving competitive landscape. The Product Manager works with the Engineering and Design to build and prioritize a backlog of strategic and tactical software requirements for internal CRM and customer-facing web applications. The Product Manager will establish a clear CRM experience strategy, improve usability across critical workflows, and enable faster delivery of new experiences through reusable APIs and shared platform capabilities. The Product Manager has in-depth knowledge of user experience design, demonstrates the ability to author user stories and functional specifications, and works closely with software engineers and quality assurance.\nThis role will be hybrid based out of our New York City office. \nWhat You'll Do:\nBuild and executing a roadmap for Core products\nGuide the agile development processes including quarterly planning, metrics gathering, sprint planning, grooming, and overall sprint deliverables\nOwn product roll out planning and execution including training, written deliverables, project demonstrations, and in-person presentations\nLead meetings with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritize software development and business process improvement initiatives\nDevelop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and visual mock-ups for stakeholder review\nGather feedback and approval from relevant stakeholders’ pre-development and post-development\nWhat You Have:\n3 to 5 years of relevant experience\nExperience with CRM migration or transformation programs.\nDemonstrated experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications or integrating multiple systems\nWorked in Agile setup as a product manager for 1-2 years\nUnderstands the software development lifecycle\nExperience with quarterly planning\nExtremely high empathy towards user problems\nCreative thinker\nExposure to data platforms such as Databricks.\nFamiliarity with application monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.\nExperience working within a PHP, SQL Server, or Python-based technology environment.\nWhat We Offer: \nThe annual base salary range for this position is $155,000-$185,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
