All content features Advisors from Guidepoint’s global network and is curated by former investors, sell-side analysts, and industry professionals.\nAs the Project Manager on the Insights team, you will serve as both a hands-on recruiter and a coach for our team of Associates and Research Managers. You will lead by example-actively sourcing, engaging, and securing high-quality advisors while also training and mentoring the team to optimize their performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, has strong recruiting and communication skills, and enjoys developing junior talent.\nThis is a hybrid position out of our New York office.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nIdentify and recruit senior industry experts with private equity exposure for our teleconferences.\nConduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure expert participation.\nWork closely with our moderators to understand subject matter and manage the team to source the best advisors.\nTrack and manage expert pipelines, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion.\nTrain and mentor a team of Associates, helping them develop strong recruiting and communication skills.\nMonitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.\nImplement best practices in expert recruitment, refining outreach strategies and messaging.\nCollaborate with senior leadership to refine team processes and optimize recruitment efficiency.\nSet team goals, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-moving environment.\nWhat You Have: \n2+ years of experience, including at least 1 year as a Project Manager.\nComfort with high-volume outreach (e.g., cold calling, cold emailing).\nStrong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring or managing junior team members.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage senior executives.\nA data-driven approach to outreach, tracking efforts and optimizing conversion rates.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.\nInterested in Private Equity and alternative investment strategies.\nWhat We Offer:\nThe annual base salary for this position is $75,000.
