This position would be expected to work hours aligned with US-based colleagues on the East Coast.\nThis can be a hybrid position out of one of our offices in India (Mumbai, Pune) or remote.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nProgram market research questionnaires provided in Microsoft Word formatting into the Qualtrics online survey platform in a high quality and timely manner\nSet up routing, custom display logic, and termination logic to ensure only appropriate respondents are let into the survey and asked relevant questions\nEnsure questions and any supporting media (video, images, formatted text) are displayed in the survey platform in a way that is accessible, understandable, aesthetically pleasing, and engaging for survey respondents\nUse web-oriented programming languages (Javascript/JQuery, HTML/CSS) to create custom question designs, back-end logic/data structure, or display functionality within the Qualtrics survey platform to meet client requests\nContribute to accessible libraries of Javascript/JQuery examples to enable consistent and repeatable execution of custom question, data structure, or logic designs within a survey for less technical programming staff\nMake recommendations to project managers for adjustments or clarification where designs or specifications are unclear to yourself or would produce confusion for survey respondents\nConduct quality assurance on programmed surveys to ensure they meet client/project requirements prior to sending\nEnsure projects are set up to collect sample, either internally or via redirects from external recruitment partners\nManage and upload translations provided by third parties, and conduct quality assurance to ensure translations are displaying correctly for end respondents\nCommunicate directly and indirectly with project managers on project status updates, edit requests, and questions, through instant messaging, video calls, and updates in project management platforms\nCoordinate with fieldwork teams to ensure necessary quotas are set up and kept up-to-date\nOther duties as required\nWhat You Have: \n7+ years experience in programming market research surveys in Qualtrics (strongly preferred) or another online survey platform (Decipher/Forsta, Alchemer, Sawtooth, Versive)\nAbility to interface with internal teams to gather requirements, translate spec documents into programmed surveys, and communicate updates on timing expectations\nExperience with JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS for developing custom question types or presentations\nComfort with implementing more complex survey design elements (conjoint, maxdiff, least-fill randomization)\nExperience QAing surveys and designing survey QA processes and workflows to ensure that work aligns to requested spec/design work\nAbility to consult on best practices for survey design and experience, flagging if survey designs may have issues that make them difficult for end-respondents to answer\nWhat we Offer:\nCompetitive compensation\nEmployee medical coverage \nCentral office location \nEntrepreneurial environment, autonomy, and fast decisions\nCasual work environment \nAbout Guidepoint:\nGuidepoint powers end-to-end research workflows for the world’s best research teams. \n Backed by a global network of more than 2 million experts and over 1,600 employees, Guidepoint delivers real-time access to expertise, primary research, and actionable knowledge that help organizations make informed decisions.
