You’ll help ensure customers succeed by bridging business needs with solutions and providing enablement support.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nPrototype, validate, and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features in real-world customer environments.\nWork directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions.\nTake ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development.\nProvide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement.\nServe as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey.\nQualifications\n2-4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.\nHands-on full-stack development experience, including modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging.\nStrong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences.\nExperience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software.\nAbility to balance consulting finesse with technical competency.\nWorks effectively with limited guidance from others, consistently applying established best practices and standards.\nCurious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.\nCulture Fit\nConsulting versatility, communication skills, and industry empathy.\nOwnership mindset: delivery, quality, cost, scope, timeline.\nCultural fit with InnoCoDev: empowerment, accountability, transparency, agility, risk-taking.\n\nThe Canadian CAD base salary range for this full-time position is 71,000.00 - 89,000.00. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan.
