identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.\nBuild pre-load and post-load validations, reconciliation checks, error handling, and restartable migration processes.\nSupport end-to-end conversion activities, including mapping workshops, mock loads, defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare.\nWork with Lead Architects and provide inputs into defining user stories, technical approach, scope, acceptance criteria, and estimates.\nParticipate in design, code, and configuration reviews, ensuring solutions follow Guidewire best practices and project standards.\nDocument technical solutions, conversion processes, and troubleshooting steps;
