Kitsap -a proud member of the Guild Garage Group -is looking for personable, mechanically inclined, and motivated Garage Door Technicians to join our growing team in Bremerton, WA. Pay & Career Growth
- Training Pay: $30-35/hr during training
- Realistic Annual Earnings: $80,000-$150,000+ once fully trained

What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
- Deliver five-star customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate documentation using notes, diagrams, and photos
- Ensure all work meets the highest safety and quality standards
- Recommend appropriate upgrades and services based on each customer’s needs-solutions, not pushy sales
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn-experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and use standard hand and power tools
- Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or GED
