Our commitment to excellence and a team-first culture makes us a standout employer in the industry.\nAbout the Role\nWe are currently seeking an IT & Operations Administrator to join our in-office team in West Valley City to oversee technical support, backend systems, asset inventory, and daily operational logistics across our locations.\nIn this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our internal team-ensuring our hardware, software platforms, network accounts, and facility access systems run smoothly. You will also bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and company operations by managing tool room inventory, vendor accounts (Verizon, Amazon, ISPs), workstation setups, and system implementations with our partner network (Guild).\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and enjoy wearing multiple hats spanning IT helpdesk, systems provisioning, and operational coordination, this position is for you.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Technical Support & System Administration\nProvide end-user support for all IT issues covering PCs, iPads, Google Workspace, Chrome, email, spreadsheets, and VoIP phone systems.\n\nManage user profiles, permissions, and groups across Google Workspace, ServiceTitan, and Lightspeed POS.\n\nSupport Lightspeed Retail POS functionality, including backend troubleshooting, setting up new users, and issuing store credits.\n\nCoordinate system implementations, rollouts, and updates with Guild tech teams.\n\n2. Backend Onboarding & Security Access\nExecute backend employee onboarding across operational platforms, including provisioning user accounts in ServiceTitan, updating Live Sheets, configuring alarm system access, and provisioning PDK (ProdataKey) door/access controls.\n\nMaintain user security profiles and ensure prompt de-provisioning during employee offboarding.\n\n3. Hardware Procurement, Workstations & Inventory\nOversee physical setup, maintenance, and deployment of workstations (PCs, monitors, headsets, accessories).\n\nManage the Tool Room inventory, tracking assets, monitoring equipment health, and placing orders for replacement tools.\n\nProcure office, warehouse, and technical supplies across all locations via Amazon and approved vendor accounts.\n\n4. Vendor & Account Management\nManage commercial vendor accounts including cellular service (Verizon), multi-location internet service providers (ISPs), and general vendor relations.\n\nOrder business cards and handle specialized administrative systems (such as internal employee raffle systems).\n\nAssist with day-to-day office operations, facilities logistics, and cross-department support as needed.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nExperience: 2-4+ years of experience in an IT Support, Systems Administrator, or Technical Operations role.\n\nSoftware Platforms: Familiarity with Google Workspace administration, VoIP/Phone systems, and cloud management tools.
