The role partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality within the functional area.\nAs Senior Workday Manager, you will:\nWorkday Ownership: Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and alignment to business processes.\nSystem Configuration and Support: Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver enhancements and releases for the systems in scope.\nRequirements and Solution Delivery: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions within the functional area, and ensure quality through testing.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify and implement process and automation improvements within the functional area, and stay current on system updates and releases.\nYou are a strong fit for this role if you have:\nMinimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems within a functional area.\nProven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.\nStrong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.\nExperience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.\nKnowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.\nKnowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.\nWe are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000 - $190,000 and stock options.
