What You’ll Do
Perform garage door repairs, installations, and troubleshooting with a high standard of quality.
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset.
Maintain accurate and clear documentation of all work performed.
Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and our customers.
Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, including upselling when beneficial.
What You Bring
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work with hand/power tools.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in Sales preferred
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing situations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
