Pay & Growth
- Entry-level technicians: $22-26/hr
- Experienced technicians: $28-32/hr
- Performance-based raises
- Ongoing training and development
What You’ll Do
- Install and repair residential garage doors and openers
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Work directly with homeowners and provide great service
- Use hand and power tools safely and confidently
- Complete service notes and job photos using mobile software
- Work independently and with a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to lift 75+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
- Reliable, hardworking, and coachable
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Good attitude and strong customer service skills
Experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, delivery/install work, handyman services, mechanical repair, or other trades is helpful - but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.
