This position is focused on sourcing and signing new landlords to list their properties for short-term rentals, converting inbound enquiries, and developing business through personal networks and proactive outreach.\nYou will act as a trusted advisor to property owners, guiding them on how to maximise rental performance and rent faster - including recommendations around furnishing, light upgrades, styling and presentation.\nKey Responsibilities\nConvert inbound landlord leads (website enquiries, referrals, calls, social leads) into signed management agreements\nProactively source new landlords through networking, referrals, community connections, investor groups and partnerships\nConduct landlord meetings and property assessments to understand goals, timelines and earning potential\nPresent the company’s full service offering clearly and confidently, tailoring proposals to each landlord\nAdvise landlords on property improvements that can increase occupancy and revenue (furniture packages, décor, minor upgrades, photography readiness, etc.)\nSupport the onboarding process by coordinating with operations, housekeeping, maintenance and photography teams\nMaintain an organised pipeline and accurate CRM records (lead source, stage, next steps, forecasting)\nProvide weekly activity updates and contribute to monthly revenue and unit onboarding targets\nRequirements\nProven track record in business development / sales in Dubai (property, holiday homes, real estate, leasing, property management, hospitality or similar)\nStrong ability to build relationships with landlords, investors and property owners\nConfident presenting commercial proposals and negotiating terms\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a role combining inbound and outbound BD\nStrong communication skills and a consultative approach\nOrganised, target-driven, and able to manage a pipeline from lead to close\nUAE market knowledge (locations, property
