The successful candidate will work closely with project, commercial, engineering, and site teams to ensure contractual compliance, effectively manage contractual risks, administer claims and variations, and provide strategic contractual support to safeguard the company's commercial interests. Excellent English communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage all post-contract commercial and contractual activities.\nReview contract conditions and identify contractual risks.\nAdminister variations, claims, EOT submissions and contractual correspondence.\nPrepare and negotiate contractual notices and change orders.\nSupport project teams on contractual matters.\nReview construction drawings and monitor project progress from a contractual perspective.\nCoordinate with project managers, consultants and clients on commercial issues.\nEnsure contractual compliance throughout project execution.\nAssist in dispute avoidance and resolution.\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management\nMinimum 10 years of experience in construction contracts management\nStrong post-contract administration experience on major building projects\nExtensive knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, contract administration, variations, claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions\nPractical site construction experience with a strong understanding of construction methodologies\nAbility to review technical drawings and assess contractual implications of project changes\nExperience managing contractual risks and commercial matters during project execution\nExperience with major international contractors or large-scale building projects is highly preferred\nExcellent English communication, negotiation, and reporting
