consolidation & reporting\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements\nConsolidate multiple subsidiaries, JVs, and associates\nManage intercompany eliminations (balances, transactions, unrealised profits)\nReview subsidiary submissions for accuracy, completeness, and IFRS compliance\nIFRS & technical accounting\nEnsure Group reporting aligns with IFRS requirements (including IFRS 10/15/16, IAS 1/12/21/28/36, etc.)\nAssess accounting treatment for complex transactions and new activities\nTrack IFRS updates and evaluate Group impact\nDraft technical accounting papers / position memos when required\nManagement reporting\nProduce consolidated dashboards, MI packs, variance analysis, and performance commentary\nSupport Board / Audit Committee reporting and senior stakeholder requests\nProvide insight on performance trends, risks, and key movements\nStatutory reporting & audit\nManage year-end consolidation and statutory reporting timelines\nCoordinate group audit requirements across subsidiaries\nEnsure audit deliverables are met and issues are closed out efficiently\nSupport financial statement disclosures / annual report preparation\nGovernance, controls & intercompany\nMaintain group intercompany policies and reconciliation processes\nEnsure consistent accounting policies across entities\nStrengthen close timelines, reporting discipline, and group-level controls\nSystems & process improvement\nImprove consolidation/reporting efficiency (ERP / consolidation tools)\nSupport standardisation of data and chart of accounts alignment\nDrive improvements to accuracy, speed, and quality of reporting\nRequirements\nCA / CPA / ACCA (mandatory)\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or similar)\n10-15 years finance experience with strong consolidation / group reporting\nMulti-entity and multi-currency experience\nListed company / large group exposure preferred\nStrong stakeholder management, documentation, and deadline
