The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pavement condition data used to support asset management strategies and maintenance planning.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform QA/QC of processed pavement condition data prior to client submission.\nReview, validate, and assess pavement distress data, including cracking, rutting, ravelling, bleeding, texture, and roughness.\nClassify pavement distresses and severity in accordance with ASTM D6433, LTPP, and project-specific standards.\nVerify machine-processed pavement data against pavement imagery and raw survey data.\nSupport Pavement Management System (PMS) data preparation, reporting, and pavement condition assessments.\nCollaborate with data processing teams to identify and resolve inconsistencies while improving overall data quality.\nReview processed outputs from pavement survey technologies to ensure compliance with project specifications.\nPrepare technical reports and quality documentation for internal review and client deliverables.\nAssist in the continuous improvement of data validation processes and QA/QC procedures.\nWork closely with project managers, pavement engineers, and survey teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Pavement Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5-10 years of experience in pavement engineering, pavement condition assessment, or pavement asset management.\nStrong experience performing QA/QC on processed pavement condition data.\nProven expertise in pavement distress identification, classification, and condition rating.\nHands-on experience with LCMS-2 is essential.\nFamiliarity with pavement data processing software such as: ROMDAS, Data View, or similar pavement processing platforms\nStrong understanding of ASTM D6433, LTPP, and pavement condition rating systems (PCI preferred).\nExperience working with Pavement Management Systems (PMS) is highly desirable.\nPrevious experience on GCC or international pavement survey and asset management projects is preferred.\nExperience using pavement data collection systems such as ARAN, Hawkeye, or equivalent is advantageous.\nKnowledge of ArcGIS or QGIS is beneficial.\nBasic scripting skills in Python or R for data validation, automation, or reporting would be an advantage.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering and data processing
