The successful candidate will support the successful execution of major high-rise commercial and mixed-use developments by coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, and site operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate with the Project Manager and Planning Engineer to implement construction programmes, resource plans, and material procurement schedules to achieve project milestones.\nManage day-to-day site engineering activities, supervising subcontractors, site teams, and construction operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.\nReview construction drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and RFIs, resolving engineering issues with consultants and design teams to support uninterrupted project execution.\nMonitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and material requirements while preparing progress reports, resource forecasts, and recommending corrective actions where required.\nEnsure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, QA/QC procedures, consultant inspections, and project close-out requirements, including as-built drawings and handover documentation.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.\nMinimum of 10 years' experience delivering high-rise commercial, civil, or industrial construction projects, preferably with a Tier 1 or international main contractor in the UAE or GCC.\nCertified Engineer (Unlimited Floors) is highly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of engineering design, construction methodologies, UAE building regulations, QA/QC standards, and health and safety requirements, with proficiency in construction scheduling and site management skills.\nHas a strong budget management and cost reporting skills.\nFluency in both Arabic and English is required, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills to effectively engage with clients, consultants, authorities, and multidisciplinary project
